Conceptual art has zeroed many senses, while gloryifying the eye and the intellect as the most appropriate way to understand art. "The hegemonic eye desires the dominance over all fields of cultural production and seems to weaken our ability to emphatize, symphatize adn participation in the world" wries Juhani Pallasmaa in "The eye of the skin". Inclusion of a sense of touch is a step forward towards fuller participation in the world. In keeping with the Pallasmaa's musings, we present on the exhibition artworks dealing with the issue of haptic in a dual way. On one hand this are objects that require touch, encouraging the direct contact on skin and artwork. The other part are artworks relating to the skin of the painting - to the pictorial tissue, the body of painting, but also to the image of out bodies. Sensual art stimulates our original instincts, allows us to participate more fully in non-virtual reality. Forgotten square maters of our skin are demanding co-existence.
